This is a high-visibility role responsible for setting direction across the region, driving large-scale Projects, and influencing senior stakeholders both inside AWS and across our logistics partner network all while raising the bar on service, cost, and safety in a rapidly scaling environment.<br/><br/>An ideal candidate brings deep experience in transportation and logistics operations, a strong track record of leading through ambiguity, and the judgment to make data-driven decisions that balance long-term strategy with near-term execution. They have led complex vendor and cross-functional programs at scale, influenced without authority across senior audiences, and designed the mechanisms and processes that allow operations to scale sustainably. The next day could be completely different: helping a customer design a cloud-native application, or exploring how AI could solve a long-standing business challenge. Your recommendations carry weight because they're informed by your own experience building. When priorities shift, you adapt.
