Reporting to the Director of Product Design, Member Growth, you will focus on elevating the quality, craft, and clarity of our core member experiences while ensuring they drive meaningful business outcomes. You will work closely with PMs, Engineering, and Data Science to design and ship thoughtful, high-quality product experiences that help members access and engage with the right care.</p> <p>Please note that this is a <strong>hybrid role based in Seattle</strong>, with an expectation to be in the office 2–3 days per week at our 255 King St location. Candidates must be based in the Seattle metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days of their start date.
