In this role, you will lead and evolve design systems to ensure a consistent user interface design for aviation products, ensuring cohesion and usability across all interfaces, and work with customers to develop and validate user requirements. This role will involve cross-functional collaboration and communication to inform design decisions and provide rationale of design changes to leadership and other stakeholders. This is a hybrid position based in Austin, TX and will report to the Head of Product.
