    <p>ICON is looking for a Director of Information Technology and Systems to build and own a unified technology strategy that drives critical business outcomes across a dynamic, multi-unit organization. As the Director of Information Technology & Systems, you will ensure the ICON tech stack drives business innovation, information security, and access to critical business data. </p> <p>You’ll oversee a broad portfolio spanning corporate IT, information systems, and information security across ICON’s Construction, Technology and Public Sector units.     <p>ICON is looking for a pragmatic builder who has made the leap from traditional software engineering into the emerging world of agentic AI development to join our Government Technology team. As an AI Software Engineer at ICON, you will be responsible for designing and shipping AI-powered tools, workflows, and autonomous agents that accelerate ICON's construction technology platform.
