About Your Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile and web applications that support strategic business objectives. You will work primarily with Flutter, React, and Next.js, while providing technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring scalable and secure solutions.

What We Are Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience building and maintaining mobile and web applications in a business environment.
Hands-on experience with Flutter and React/Next.js (React Native experience is welcome with willingness to transition to Flutter).
Strong background in solution design, scalability, performance, and security.
Solid experience with testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently or in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain mobile (Flutter) and web (React/Next.js) applications.
Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship to junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Solution Design: Lead the implementation of complex solutions with scalability and performance in mind.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement and implement innovative solutions.
Roadmap Contribution: Support and maintain a development roadmap aligned with business goals.
Problem Solving: Monitor, assess, and resolve complex software issues.
Testing & QA: Create and execute automated unit tests to ensure product quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and backend teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation, user manuals, and design specifications.
Performance Monitoring: Implement and track performance metrics to meet reliability standards.
Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and adopt new tools and practices to enhance development.
Cross-Platform Development: Ensure mobile apps run seamlessly across devices and platforms.
