We're looking for inspired employees that want to make an impact.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The <em><strong>Client Access Management Team</strong></em> is responsible for the delivery of identity &amp; access management services for UK&amp;I Experian customers and products. Their primary goal is to ensure that our customers have the right access to the right products at the right time. Accuracy, attention to detail and ownership are fundamental to the success of this team. This is a client-facing and client-focused role.</p><p><strong>You're probably wondering what you'll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting our customers with the access request process;</li><li>Supporting the client contact attestation process;</li><li>Communicating with clients in writing;</li><li>Working to ensure that KPI’s/SLA’s are met;</li><li>Identifying process or system improvements;</li><li>Performing all the relevant new customer checks and opening new accounts and setting the customer up to access the relevant products;</li><li>Checking expired DPR licenses to ensure customers have renewed these and updating our system accordingly;</li><li>Follow complaints and escalation processes.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>We look for you to bring: </strong></p><ul><li>Around one year of experience in a similar role;</li><li>Client orientation;</li><li>Strong written and verbal English;</li><li>Excellent attention to detail;</li><li>Accurate processing of information;</li><li>Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise daily workload accordingly;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;</li><li>Decision making skills;</li><li>Ability to deliver results.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Why us?</strong></p><p>No one makes sense of data like Experian.
