You will remotely liaise with Clients, Solicitors, Builders, and Business Partners being responsible for communicating updates to all associated parties. Your duties include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Responding to all queries regarding contract management, settlement, and construction phases.</li> <li>Organising daily, weekly, and monthly settlement status reports.</li> <li>Liaising with vendors, agents, solicitors, financial planners, brokers, buyers, and staff regarding necessary contracts, settlements, and construction updates.</li> <li>Providing important background information for off-the-plan transactions, contracts, construction, and settlements when required.</li> <li>Updating the CRM with all relevant transaction details and ensuring all information in the systems is up to date and accurate.</li> <li>Assisting clients with organising defect inspections, depreciation schedules, and property leasing.</li> <li>Providing administrative and business support to the Sales team when required.</li> <li>Assisting the team in developing strategies for positive client and business partner engagements, programs for business partner onboarding, cross-functional planning, and analytical insights for process improvements.<br/> </li> </ul> <p>This role is all things customer service - providing outstanding client experience and coordinating client events.
