We're looking for inspired employees that want to make an impact.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The role of the <em><strong>Client Access Manager</strong></em> is to lead the Client Access Management Team to deliver positive outcomes for our clients. The person on the role will ensure best practice and consistent standards are applied across the team. The position will provide end to end oversight of the process and responsibility of escalations and stakeholder engagement.</p><p><strong>You're probably wondering what you'll be doing: </strong></p><ul><li>Leading and motivating the Client Access Management team;</li><li>Accountability for access management processes;</li><li>Responsibility for meeting client access management SLAs and KPIs;</li><li>Developing a client-focussed culture;</li><li>Handling internal and external escalations and managing them through to conclusion;</li><li>Providing coaching and feedback for the Client Access Management team;</li><li>Supporting the client contact attestation process;</li><li>Supporting the client user access review process;</li><li>Identifying process or system improvements.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>We look for you to bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Аround 5 years of experience in access management roles;</li><li>Experience of providing training &amp; assistance to new or less experienced colleagues;</li><li>Strong written and verbal English; </li><li>Experience of supporting team members in resolving queries;</li><li>Previous line management or supervisory experience;</li><li>Client-focused skills;</li><li>Problem solving and decision making skills;</li><li>Results driven team player;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills;</li><li>Good interpersonal and motivational skills.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Why us?</strong></p><p>No one makes sense of data like Experian.
