The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the development of complex software applications, ensuring they meet both technical and business requirements. What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Full Stack Software Team
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to identify technical requirements and prioritize development tasks
• Develop and maintain technical standards and processes that ensure high-quality software development
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Monitor and manage team performance, providing coaching and mentorship as needed
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and quality
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for their integration into the software development process

Where you will work

This position is expected to report to our Wroclaw, Poland office on a hybrid-remote basis

What is required for application

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development
• Great interpersonal skills: patience, energy, collaboration
• Architectural experience for both the front- and the backend systems development
• Deep knowledge of frontend development, JS/TS and at least some of the well known frameworks (Vue/Angular/React)
• Deep knowledge of backend development - Java / NodeJS and relevant frameworks
• WebComponents (Native) experience/knowledge - advantage
• NodeJS experience/knowledge - advantage
