About the role

As a Technical Product Lead and Scrum Master for Business-to-Business Embedded Finance, you will have the exciting opportunity to take on a wide variety of stimulating responsibilities:

• Work with the solution owners, chief platform architect and internal stakeholders to identify the next opportunities and problem spaces to prioritize product development milestones
• Own delivery of one or more parallel by leveraging the correct agile framework (e.g. Scrum vs. Kanban) based on the product release type and project scope
• Lead the estimation process during the opportunity phase according to best practices and successfully work with all the internal and external stakeholders
• Create transparency by reporting on team utilization, progress, risks and scope changes
• Enable and facilitate agile team ceremonies/ events, including planning and review sessions
• Be an ambassador for the team by highlighting and celebrating their achievements
• Create a schedule of development sprints and own the execution of development tasks based on the prioritized backlog and feature delivery schedule

Requirements

Ideally, you will bring:

• 8+ years of development experience with at least 3 years with SAP technologies
• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT/ Computer Science/ Physics/Mathematics/Engineering or related discipline
• Proven project management skills and leading multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong development experience in Java, Node.js, Groovy
• Proven experience with SAP ERP integration using ALE/SAP IDocs/RFC/Web Services/REST/oData, Process Integration/Orchestration, SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience in SAP BTP Security: Authorization & Trust Management, Identity Authentication & Provisioning
• Knowledgeable in SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, SAP Business Application studio and SAP’s Cloud Application Programming Model
• Deep knowledge in SAP Business Technology Platform architecture, solution design, best practice, and handling critical issue resolution
• Expertise in Agile tools such as: Confluence, Jira and Github.
• Fluency in written and spoken English
