Join us, and get better with every move.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Direct Retail Coordinator</span> </b></p><p></p><p><b>Position Title:  </b><span>Direct Retail Coordinator</span> </p><p></p><p><b>Reporting to: </b>Head of Direct Retail</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Answer to every incoming call and respond to e-mails</p></li><li><p>Handle client requests in timely manner and cultivate a professional yet friendly relationship with key contacts</p></li><li><p>Follow up all requests until they are closed</p></li><li><p>Prepare and send proposals to clients within the agreed timeframe</p></li><li><p>Ensure that the process of setting up clients in Ayvens systems, including the credit approval process, is carried out efficiently and effectively</p></li><li><p>Ensure that orders are logged quickly and with accuracy</p></li><li><p>Ensure that all reports are provided to clients (internal &amp; external) in accuracy and within the agreed time frame</p></li><li><p>Keep the sales information systems updated</p></li><li><p>File all client related documents</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with all departments in order to ensure that clients’ requests are handled efficiently</p></li><li><p>Handle and resolve client complaints</p></li><li><p>Log all interactions with clients in the relevant CRM tool</p></li><li><p>Assist in the preparation and co-ordination of all client events</p></li><li><p>Identify and escalate situations requiring attention</p></li><li><p>Adhere to company policies and guidelines and ensure that the communication style is in line with the Ayvens General Rules and brand identity</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications and skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Customer services experience over the telephone</p></li><li><p>Excellent Customer service skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent administrative skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to type with speed and accuracy</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of CRM tools and relevant system applications</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of supporting and administrative processes</p></li><li><p>Good command of English - verbal and written</p></li><li><p>IT literate</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written</p></li><li><p>Strong listening skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure and keep calm under stressful conditions</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Why Ayvens?  </b></p><p></p><p>With over 3.4 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
