We support you to grow and learn every day, making sure that work brings purpose to your life, so that during your journey with us, you can continue to explore Accor’s limitless possibilities.</p><p>By joining Accor, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow's hospitality.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>In charge of designing and implementing the B2B marketing strategy that aim to increase B2B sales, brand awareness, and B2B2C customer engagement, and loyalty.</p><p>Generate traffic to the existing Accor B2B sites to convert leads by defining and implementing a strong B2B digital marketing animation plan that covers all sales segments.</p><p>Ensure the best Customer journey of the existing digital B2B sites and communication tools to drive additional business from online tools and sales teams.</p><p>Enhance the Sales teams with the digital marketing content to support them on their sales activities to generate revenue from their B2B Customers. </p><p><strong>TASKS/ MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Definition and implementation of the B2B marketing Strategy</li><li>Management of the teams and monitoring the B2B marketing budget.</li><li>Definition of the database animation strategy in conjunction with the sales teams and definition of the strategy to acquire new subscribers to our B2B communication tools (myallmeeting.com, e-news, newsletters, online and social media).</li><li>Extend B2B existing web scope delivering content adapted to different countries and needs to attract business</li><li>Definition of B2B marketing KPIs: E-commerce KPIs,  Myallmeeting.com revenue target, e-news, newsletters, ROI ..</li><li>"Reporting and analysis of KPIs with a view to constant optimisation and generation of leads</li><li>Definition and implementation of the B2B Offers, Editorials and campaigns in conjunction with sales teams, RMs, and e-commerce teams.</li><li>Benchmark by sector and aspiration to identify best practices to duplicate and/or improve.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strategic thinking driven by B2B2C client understanding, data analytics and ROI Focus.</li><li>Analytical mind, Organized, collaborative (coach leader), with Entrepreneur attitude with dynamism, curiosity, and creativity.</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:</strong></p><ul><li>Results driven with an enthusiastic and team player attitude</li><li>Customer Oriented with Knowledge of sales segments</li><li>Proactivity and curiosity</li><li>External and internal environment understanding</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Great organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and deliver on time</li><li>Organized and committed to a plan with flexibility to allocate resources to the team</li><li>Project management leadership skills</li><li>CRM knowledge</li><li>Goggle Analytics knowledge &amp; certificate</li><li>Excel analysis</li><li><strong>Languages required:</strong> French, English (German is a plus)</li></ul><p><strong>EXPERIENCE NEEDED:</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 4 years experience in sales and marketing operational experience (hotel or global sales teams)</li><li>Business or hotel school with University degree</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Our commitment to Diversity &amp; Inclusion:</strong><br/> We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.</p><ul></ul><p><strong>Why work for Accor?</strong><br/> We are far more than a worldwide leader.
