The E15 Senior Analyst/Manager, Strategy & Analytics, will lead the delivery of data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for the Washington Commanders’ hospitality operations at Northwest Stadium. Working closely with E15, Levy’s Vice President of Hospitality, and the Commanders’ Strategy & Analytics team, this role will transform data into actionable strategies that enhance the fan experience and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who blends analytical rigor with business acumen, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys collaborating across teams to shape hospitality innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership & Insights Delivery
  • Serve as the primary analytics liaison between E15, Levy, and the Washington Commanders, aligning on hospitality and fan experience strategy.
  • Develop deep knowledge of stadium operations, including venue layout, technology, and guest flow.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations that improve guest satisfaction, operational performance, and profitability.

 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Design and implement pricing, product mix, placement, and promotion strategies for concessions and premium spaces.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, heat maps, and presentations that inform operator and partner decisions.
  • Present post-event performance reviews, articulating insights and opportunities for future events.
  • Analyze survey data, including NFL Voice of the Fan feedback, to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Measure sponsorship performance and share relevant insights with Commanders leadership.

 

Innovation & Operational Optimization

  • Leverage AI, consumer insights, and emerging technologies to advance hospitality excellence.
  • Analyze labor models, cost of sales, and other financial metrics to identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Manage or execute ad-hoc analytical projects supporting business priorities.

 

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or other quantitative, client-facing roles.
  • Manager-level candidates should demonstrate experience leading projects or stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modeling (ROI and P&L).
  • Experience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python for data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with survey analysis and hospitality or food service operations preferred.
  • Collaborative, self-starting attitude with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Expectations:

This role will require on-site work at the Commanders’ stadium in Landover, MD, with occasional work from the team’s offices in College Park, MD. Attendance at all major events is expected. Flexible
