<h2>Job Information</h2> <p>Position Type: Salaried</p> <p>Company: Doosan</p> <p>Location(s): Dobris </p> <p>Grade: </p> <p>Position Summary: Responsible for design, sizing and specification of Electronic components and Electronic sub-system of Bobcat machines in general. Also, he is responsible for creation and execution of validation plan of Electronic systems in NPD projects with ultimate goal to meet performance and reliability targets, while keeping project schedule, cost and quality under control.</p> <h2>Role &amp; Responsibility</h2> <p>Design: </p> <ul> <li> Delivering whole functional area of Electrics and Electronic within the NPD project phase </li> <li> System architecture</li> <li> Concept design &amp; initial calculations</li> <li> System development plan : schedule, budget</li> <li> System validation plan and test requests</li> <li> Follow up on simulation, lab testing &amp; field test</li> <li> Component requirements documents compilation</li> <li> Development follow up at supplier</li> <li> Risk analysis and system DFMEA lead</li> <li> Ensure adequation between the design and the manufacturing requirements</li> <li> Attend crossfuctional team discussion</li> <li> Understanding of Bobcat design standards and apply when it is required</li> <li> Supervise and assess design engineer´s outputs:</li> <li> 3D, 2D, Schematics, stack up, packaging    </li> <li>Meet design, planning, cost, quality, reliability  targets</li> </ul> <p>Innovation:</p> <ul> <li>   Proposal to improve quality of engineering team deliverables</li> <li>   Develop tools and processes to improve risk management, machine quality and cost      </li> <li>   New developments</li> <li>   Continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p>Validation: </p> <ul> <li>   Presentation of the Electrics and Electronic related design direction, risks, validation plans &amp; results and issue solving analysis during Global project design reviews</li> <li>   Involved in prototype assembly phase to check and correct design accordingly</li> <li>   Involved in supplier technical exchanges </li> <li>   Peers design approval</li> <li>   Meet design targets</li> </ul> <p>Support:</p> <ul> <li>   Support and expertise given inside and outside engineering (other product design functions, marketing, aftermarket, manufacturing, quality, production) </li> <li>   Provide support for test proving ground, laboratory testing and help with electrical troubeshouting  </li> <li>   Willigness to help </li> <li>   Keep focus on priorities</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Job Requirement</h2> <p>Education &amp; Qualification: </p> <ul> <li align="left">Engineering of Electrics and Electronic or equivalent</li> </ul> <p>Knowledge&amp; Skill: </p> <ul> <li>    Electrics and Electronic systems in mobile applications</li> <li>    CAD skills (Creo Preferred), VeSys</li> <li>    Working knowledge of systems – specifically bills of material structure and organization of models and options</li> <li>    Precision/care in auto control of his work</li> <li>    Knowledge of engineering practices and standards  </li> <li>    Good IT skills </li> <li>    Communication and leadership skills</li> <li>    Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li> <li>    English: good communication and technical level (English work environment)</li> </ul> <p>Experience: </p> <ul> <li>Experience in Electrics and Electronic system for mobile applications (automotive, off-road)</li> <li align="left">Minimum Experience Necessary:  5 years</li> </ul> <p>Travel Standard: &lt; 5%</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h2>Others</h2> <p>Difficulties &amp; area of focus when carrying out job (position):</p> <ul> <li>The job requires to deliver a product, a system or a component in a timely manner in line with initial requirements (ability to work within cost constraints and to deadlines)</li> <li>Needs to develop strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach for generating new ideas</li> <li>The job requires right decision making ability</li> </ul>
