UX/UI Designer

My responsibilities:

• Identifying new opportunities to create better user experiences for the internal workforce management system and other internal tools
• Actively participating in agile meetings and ceremonies in accordance with SCRUM
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with the Product Owner and stakeholders
• Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

The knowledge I own:

• Illustrating design ideas using Figma or other design tools
• Designing graphic user interface elements
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustment based on user feedback
• Agile mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English language skills

• Remote (min.1 office day/month is required in Budapest
