About the role
My responsibilities:
- Identifying new opportunities to create better user experiences for the internal workforce management system and other internal tools
- Actively participating in agile meetings and ceremonies in accordance with SCRUM
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with the Product Owner and stakeholders
- Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
The knowledge I own:
- Illustrating design ideas using Figma or other design tools
- Designing graphic user interface elements
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustment based on user feedback
- Agile mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English language skills

- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
