Our Product team is building this with high-impact projects, hypothesis validation, launching features and actions based on the most relevant metrics to the business, and feedback from customers and stakeholders. </p><p>We have a diverse team comprising Product Managers and Analysts, Designers, and UX Writers. We have a wide field of opportunities that need to be identified in order to provide the best experience for our users (companies, e-commerces, freelance deliverers, and individuals).</p><p>The main bottleneck lies in the quality of delivery. Today, we are working together to build an e-logistics platform for the e-commerce of tomorrow. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to drive product strategy overseeing product development in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, internal and external stakeholders to ensure our company’s technology is used appropriately. You will work closely with the CEO, CTO, COO, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute Loggi's product roadmap. </p><p>We consider solid leadership and people management abilities, strategic thinking, strong business acumen, excellent communication, and being a key speaker for internal and external audiences essential skills for this role. </p><p>We expect you to prepare and create high-performance teams that ensure the success of this vision, aiming to achieve and refine strategic goals for the company. </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Proven experience as a CPO or similar leadership role </li> <li>Experience working in a highly-scaled consumer tech organization</li> <li>A deep understanding of the logistics industry and the challenges facing logistics providers in emerging markets is ideal</li> <li>Portuguese and English fluency </li> <li>Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effective
