Job Background

Finance Services Automation platform (FINSAP) is a global application in Finance Market Control and Risk Technology built for providing low code automation services. The application is built to automate thousands of manual processes that are required to complete as part of daily/month/quarter-end close process. The FINSAP team is the global center for the creation of automation workflows to help reducing enterprise risk and manual efforts and well supported by teams across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areas

  • Configurable and re-usable workflows development allowing customers to control their processes efficiently. This includes Process Mapping, Task Management, Task Automation and Output Tracking

  • Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users

  • Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyse complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement

  • Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems

Qualifications we need from you:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Report Automation, Apps Development or Systems Analysis role

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one workflow/ETL tool: KNIME, Alteryx, RapidMiner, etc.

  • Python, Appian knowledge is a plus

  • Understanding of application build and release process, source code repository & branching model

  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects

  • Independent thinking- ability to work independently with a good experience of working with multiple teams across different geographies

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence

  • Focused on driving quality every time and demonstrates highest attention to detail

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
