Do you possess a strategic mindset and change management skills to aid in the growth of our factory?</span></span><br/> <span><span>If yes, we have an opportunity for you! </span></span><br/> <span><span>We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead a Project Management Office in Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM DK-1) based in Kalundborg, where we assemble and pack our products.</span></span><br/>  </p> <p><span><span><b>The position</b><br/> As Senior Manager for the Project Management Office, you will lead a team of approx. 18 Project Managers and Project Professionals, and you will be responsible for the entire project budget for IFP KA. <br/> Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring project initiation and execution on our site, playing a crucial role in driving strategic projects and continuous optimizations. <br/> As a people’s leader, you will provide coaching and inspiration to the team and guide their professional development. <br/> Additionally, you will be an integral part of the leadership team within our Production Support department for Injectable Finished Products in Kalundborg, where we foster a collaborative and inclusive environment. You will be reporting to the Director for Production Support.</span></span><br/>  </p> <p><span><span>The main tasks and responsibilities will be to:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Further mature the Project Management Office (PMO).</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Driving team performance and development, supporting successful execution of the projects. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Shape future collaboration with stakeholders.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ensure to follow our standardized processes, roles &amp; responsibilities within the Project Governance.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Enroll cLEAN leadership tools through your organization and mature project controls systems.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Qualifications</b><br/> We are looking for a colleague who is great with knowledge sharing and thrives in an environment full of interesting challenges.</span></span><br/>  </p> <p><span><span>To succeed in this role, you:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably within natural sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or a related field.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Possess exceptional people management skills and have a proven track record of your people management experience.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Have solid experience working in the field of Project Management and PMO.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to lead others and navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experienced within a production/ GMP environment could be ideal. However, we welcome experience outside of this if you have experience executing multiple complex projects globally. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Fluent in both spoken and written English, with knowledge of spoken Danish being an advantage (or at least willing to learn).</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span>You have a strong personal drive that is reflected in your desire to take initiative and have an impact on the business and the team.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>About The Department</b><br/> You will be part of the Production Support department in Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM DK-1).
