We are seeking a collaborative Senior Leader who will oversee the AIML Data Operations team. You will oversee policies and procedures and quality audits. You will collaborate with cross functional partners in the development of tools and reports to analyse and run the business, including workflow optimisations, workforce management, and volume predictions. You’ll report on status, achievements and goals to partners and leadership. You will mentor and inspire your teams to deliver innovative ideas, strong performance, and high quality results. You’ll determine staffing requirements, participate in interviewing, hiring and on boarding of new team members. You will be responsible for overall team performance while developing leaders and achieving quality results. You’ll use your analytical mentality, driving quality and performance to achieve organizational goals.
