<p>We’re looking for a <b>Senior Manager Quality, Environment, Health, & Safety (QEHS)</b>, who will provide leadership for the implementation of QEHS standards & procedures and will partner with functional & market leadership on compliance, project management, reporting matters and related QEHS management issues. <br/>
This role will actively participate on the site leadership team in the areas of planning, QEHS governance, auditing, management systems, best practice sharing, compliance initiatives and governmental/regulatory reporting. Primary purpose of this position is to grow the safety culture to achieve world class QEHS performance. Tactically deploy the strategy and vision for the Service Division. Effectively execute strategy to elevate safety and environmental performance to world-class levels. </p>
<h2><b>Main tasks and responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul>
<li>Accountable individual for setting, monitoring and continuously improving Service sites safety culture for all employees and leadership team members</li>
<li>Responsible for encouraging & monitoring of safety & environmental activities on Service Operations sites globally, to ensure compliance with legislative requirements & to align management on safety & environmental standard methodology</li>
<li>Ensure operational procedure compliance with ISO/OSHA regulations</li>
<li>Investigate and consult on field safety incidents, accidents and issues globally</li>
<li>Create Training materials for QEHS, and manage, develop, train and coach colleagues and other stakeholders in QEHS</li>
<li>Development of safety and health policies together with the Hiab and QEHS community</li>
<li>Implement 6S across operations within Services</li>
<li>Key user QEHS system within Services</li>
</ul>

<p>KPIs:</p>
<ul>
<li>Set targets on KPI’s for QEHS and run an active performance management dialogue to ensure these KPIs are met</li>
<li>Report H&S KPI framework within Services to the Service management team and ensuring that escalation policy is adhered</li>
<li>Monthly reporting of safety including but not limited to details on any LTI (Lost Time Injury)<br/>
</li>
</ul>
<h2><b>What you’ll need to succeed</b></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor degree in related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and work</li>
<li>A minimum of 5 years of directly related Quality Management and Health, Safety & Environment Management experience is required</li>
<li>Experience in Service environments from change management within workshop in the vehicle industry or other relevant industry</li>
<li>Green or Black Belt required</li>
<li>Project management and Process design</li>
<li>Technical understanding of service work</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in ISO and OSHA regulation standards</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>A strong interest in engineering and technology development</li>
