Summary

Sales Assistant in a fun atmosphere. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales and event team.

Job Description

We are seeking a professional, motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant. This role is responsible for taking incoming phone calls, finding the caller's needs, and distributing them to the sales team. They will be tasked with assisting customers, processing transactions, creating contracts, maintaining inventory, and acquiring new leads for the sales team. On occasion, will be responsible for helping the ops team set or execute events, and performs other duties as required, as we live by a one-team mentality.

This position requires strong multi-tasking, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills. Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and enjoy a fast paced environment.

Office Hours will mainly be Monday thru Friday daytime hours, however, on occasion of large venue events, will be required to work a few evenings, along with rotate with Sales Team on Saturday Shifts.

 

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Minimum of 18 years of age. Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
