In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-quality, deployment-related software solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. You will also assist other teams/groups with issues while advising best deployment practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thoughtful in approach, enjoys assisting others, and takes pride in delivering reliable, well-crafted solutions.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze problems and design efficient, scalable software solutions to address the problems</li> <li>Using AI, develop, test, and maintain high-quality code with a strong focus on accuracy and reliability</li> <li>Collaborate with product managers, architects and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver solutions</li> <li>Collaborate with groups outside R&amp;D to understand problematic areas and work with the Deployment team to reduce the pain points and make deployment of our software easier and more robust</li> <li>Provide technical support and guidance to teammates and groups outside of R&amp;D, helping others understand and use the software effectively</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes</li> <li>Write clear documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing</li> <li>Help with the releasing of bug fixes and feature updates by reviewing the content and working with the requesting developer and product manager to get any issues resolved</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable parts</li> <li>A genuine desire to help others, whether through collaboration, mentorship, or support</li> <li>High attention to detail, with a focus on correctness, consistency, and quality</li> <li>Experience developing software with Microsoft .NET</li> <li>Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences</li> <li>Comfort working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment&
