Job Summary: The Architect will be responsible for driving change and creating business opportunities through technology innovation. This role involves shaping and translating business and IT strategies into realizable, sustainable technology solutions. The Architect will take end-to-end solution delivery ownership, ensuring that solutions are designed for production, delivered efficiently, and compliant with safety and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Shape and translate business and IT strategies into sustainable technology solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and innovation to meet client business goals.
• Take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery from idea to benefits realization.
• Ensure solutions are safe, secure, and compliant.
• Engage with key stakeholders to deliver right-fit solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior architects and contribute to the architecture community.
• Work on several key Engineering & Manufacturing initiatives to drive improvements and innovation in these areas
Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required
• Understanding of shop floor systems including SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Skills with recipe management, lot tracking, prior step verification, automated testing, label printing.
• Experience working in manufacturing engineering or operations, with an understanding of the relationship between the shop floor and the software.
• Experience with engineering and manufacturing simulation tools and the ability to correlate the simulation with the actual manufacturing process.
• Skills with web, middleware, and database administration for troubleshooting and optimization.
• APRISO Development experience.
• Deep experience with performance testing and tools like Tricentis.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Mentoring and coaching abilities.
