YOUR ROLE

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success within the Procurement practice of a leading management consulting firm. They will demonstrate:

• A comprehensive understanding of current industry dynamics and emerging trends in Procurement, with a broader perspective on the evolving Supply Chain landscape
• Deep expertise across key Procurement capability areas, including:
• Procurement Strategy
• Procurement Organization & Operating Model Design
• Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
• Process Improvement & Optimization
• Spend Analysis & Cost Reduction Initiatives
• Procurement Technology & Package Selection
• Broader experience across other Supply Chain disciplines such as:
• Supply Chain Planning
• Logistics & Distribution
• Manufacturing Operations
• Supply Chain Analytics
• A strong executive presence with excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills

YOUR PROFILE

We would love to see a candidate with:

·         Bachelor’s degree, Advanced degree a plus

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to articulate and present different points of view to different audiences

·         Ability to work with both the business users and IT project team members

·         Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities

·         Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible
