You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and drive improvements in accounting and reporting processes.</span></p><p></p><p><strong><span>How will you make an impact with us? </span></strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Execute day-to-day accounting activities and collaborate with external Accounting &amp; Tax (A&amp;T) service providers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Overseeing month-end closing processes, including TB and report reconciliations, balance verifications, and AP/AR aging analysis.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform reconciliations of prepaid expenses and short/long-term balances.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure tax compliance and financial statement verification based on local GAAP.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with finance, legal, and procurement teams to resolve accounting issues and maintain vendor master data.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounting and reporting processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Administer accounting and workflow systems, overseeing updates and troubleshooting issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in projects related to systems/tools implementation and process automation.</span></p></li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong><span>This is the right job for you if you have:</span></strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>3–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>A university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (a professional qualification is a plus).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, processes, and tax regulations, with sensitivity to internal controls.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience or general knowledge of JPK CIT and KSeF is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Excel and other MS tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to draw conclusions based on data.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Willingness to share knowledge and support team development.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong><span>Surprise us with:</span></strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience in process automation and accounting system enhancements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with international tax regulations and different local GAAP.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with ERP and workflow management tools.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong><span>We thought you’d appreciate:</span></strong><br/></p><p></p>
