Join us and be part of a vibrant company that embraces diverse perspectives, and is committed to doing well by doing good.</span></span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What will you contribute?</b></p><p><br/>Reporting to the <b><span>Treasury &amp; Capital Markets (TCM)</span></b> <b>Product Owner</b>, the <b>Senior Business Analyst </b>will <span>collaborate cross-functionally on product requirements, design and documentation; participate in client calls and make solution demos; develop business requirements and collaborate in the translation of business requirements into technical and functional specifications.</span></p><p><b>Responsibilities &amp; Deliverables:</b><br/><br/>Your deliverables as a <b>Senior Business Analyst </b>will include, but are not limited to, the following:</p><ul><li>Works closely with development, QA and Customer Support teams for development of new or modifications of existing functionalities (analysis, translation of business requirements to specifications, validation, follow-up on delivered solution).</li><li>Contributes to development backlog (story writing, prioritization, sprint/PI plannings).</li><li>Improves continuously the asset classes and functional workflows coverage to address standard market practices.</li><li>Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps.</li><li>Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning through go-to-market.</li><li>Organize product demos for sales, pre-sales, clients and partners to describe the new functionalities.</li><li>Serves as the key contact for product questions and new product ideas which surface from customers, sales, or market research.</li><li>Translates product strategy into recommendations and feature definition to address market opportunities.</li><li>Manages the resolution of escalated customer problems. </li><li>Develops proper and thorough documentation (internal and external) describing enhancements as appropriate.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Experience:</b></p><ul><li><b>6</b> years of Financial Industry experience or relevant financial services software experience (support, development, etc.).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Interest Rate Derivatives and Fixed Income products.</li><li>Familiarity with a software development cycle and Agile Methodology.</li><li>Knowledge of financial risk management concepts (Market Risk, FX risk, Credit Risk<b>,</b> Var).</li><li>Familiarity with financial markets, banking industry and financial regulations.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>University Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science <span>or relevant experience in the capital markets/financial software field.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with Fusion Kondor is a plus</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span><span>We are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
