Immerse yourself in TOMMY HILFIGER here!</span> <span>(</span><a href="https://www.youtube.com/user/tommyhilfiger" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">YouTube</a><span>, </span><a href="https://www.instagram.com/tommyhilfiger/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Instagram</a><span>, </span><a href="https://www.tiktok.com/%40tommyhilfiger?lang=en" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">TikTok</a><span>)</span></p><p></p><p><b>The Team</b><br/><span>The TH Lab division is a dynamic division dedicated to creating elevated tier one collections and runway shows that represent the pinnacle expression of the brands identity as well as leading exicting collaborations with external partners. </span></p><p><span>Based in the Amsterdam European HQ, the division is split into  sub teams: Design, Sourcing &amp; Development and Merchandising &amp; Sales.  These teams work together to create brand moments that build brand awareness, credibility and drive desire for the entire TH brand.</span></p><p></p><p><b>The Position</b></p><p>The Senior Designer for Runway &amp; Collaborations is part of the TH Lab team and is responsible for designing and executing styles across multiple product categories and projects, with a primary focus on the seasonal RTW collections (TH Collection) and Runway.  The role also involves working on a varity of diverse projects, including collaborations with external brands and organizations as well as celebrity custom dressing and ABO’s.</p><p></p><p>The senior designer has a deep understanding of their product area and works closely with the Design Director to create creative, commercially viable product that embody the Tommy Hilfiger WSW brand identity across all projects.  The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional taste, drive and confidence, complemented by a contemporary hand writing and strong sketching skills.</p><p>A thourough knowledge of the premium and luxury market segments is essential, along with an intuitive ability to integrate relevant trends, shapes and fabrications into the collections whilst ensuring the Tommy Hilfiger DNA is consistently reflected.</p><p></p><p>The senior designer will partner with other members of the Design team as well as Product Development, Fit and Merchandising to create strong cohesive collections and capsules that align across product groups with clear story telling reflecting season concept ideas.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Source and present creative research as well as identifying trends that work within the Tommy Hilfiger brand strategy, translating these into product in line with the seasonal concept direction.</p></li><li><p>Design across product categories with confidence and a luxury handwriting as well as an understanding of the brand DNA.</p></li><li><p>Take ownership for concept to end creation of key prodouct categories / or project dependant on brief.</p></li><li><p>Use Illustrator or hand sketching to confidently communicate design ideas and create detailed CAD sketches, overviews and colour ups.</p></li><li><p>Preparing all sketches (2D &amp; 3D) for divisional digital presentations and to focus on the follow up of each style.</p></li><li><p>Attend and participate at key milestones such as proto review, style outs, show prep.</p></li><li><p>Work to overlapping calendar deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Prepare all selected and confirmed styles to be digitalized, with garment worksheets and PLM completed to a high standard for sending to joint venture and buying offices globally</p></li><li><p>Working closely and communicating daily on challenges and changes that arise during the development of styles.
