The role offers a chance to contribute to and support a variety of client engagements, helping drive project team success within the project management and change and innovation space. The role will be focused on leveraging your expertise in project management and cultivating change and innovation across industries.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</u></b></p><p><span>Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to successfully deliver and manage projects across a range of key areas, including:</span></p><p></p><p><b>Project Management Delivery</b></p><ul><li><p>Managing the delivery of complex projects for key clients across various industries, ensuring high-quality outputs and successfully meeting tight deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Defining and driving projects across all stages of the project life cycle.</p></li><li><p>Preparing comprehensive project documentation including, but not limited to, Project Plans, Reports, RAID Logs, Status Updates etc.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate in cross-functional teams spanning multiple business units and functions.</p></li><li><p>Supporting Senior Management in overseeing and executing project delivery.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Business Development</b></p><ul><li><p>Acting as a key liaison between multi-faceted project teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Facilitating workshops to define project scopes and business requirements, ensuring outcomes are documented and shared with relevant stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Engaging stakeholders across various disciplines to drive project momentum and success.</p></li><li><p>Supporting and driving Business Development initiatives including the preparatio
