Training Professional, Customer Service

Your contributions will help us fulfill our mission of advancing the background screening experience through visibility and insights, empowering our clients to make smarter, unbiased decisions.<br/>The Training Specialist is a member of the Quality and Training department in Global Customer Service and supports all training needs for the organization as determined by the Quality and Training Manager. The Training Specialist provides facilitation, course development, occasional design and additional learning and development assistance to Accurate employees while maintaining a consultative relationship with leadership. The Training Specialist will collaborate with internal clients to analyze and facilitate instructor-led and blended learning solutions. The Training Specialist also will be responsible for analyzing the success of Accurate’s Customer Service training curriculum and developing new content when needed. <h3>Major Responsibilities/Activities:</h3> <ul> <li>Primary responsibilities will include facilitation of training content both in-person and via webinar or video conference.</li><li>Act as a liaison for various business units to address and support global training needs</li><li>Develop and build engaging and effective training solutions.</li><li>Author and administer educational materials, including online training modules, training manuals, workbooks, videos, infographics, and job-aids.</li><li>Maintain the content for existing training programs by staying up-to-date on process changes and technology improvements</li><li>Form positive and productive partnerships with subject matter experts and transfer that knowledge to trainees of varying backgrounds and skillsets.</li><li>Designing and creating measurable benchmarks for training programs such as quizzes or games to reinforce learning. </li><li>Create and maintain training records including rosters, scorecards, and sign-offs </li><li>Analyze data related to the training program to create reports and recaps for the leadership teams</li></ul> <h3>Content Design Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Primary responsibilities will not necessarily include Instructional Design, but the Training Specialist should be comfortable creating PowerPoint presentations and other visual aids.</li><li>Training Specialists will often need to edit existing published content in the LMS, therefore should be comfortable with LMS tools and recording audio for voiceovers. </li></ul> <h3>Job Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience with training delivery or public speaking in a corporate or classroom-like setting</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and other Office 365 applications</li><li>Excellent consulting skills, (e.g., critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, and influencing) </li><li>Experience with presentation, composition, and facilitation skills</li><li>Proven organizational skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple high priority projects</li><li>Ability to interpret data and organize it visually and creatively </li></ul> <h3>Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with LMS (SCORM) or CMS </li><li>Able to gather, process feedback and implement change quickly </li><li>Willingness to understand Accurate’s business model and product suite</li><li>Proven leadership ability</li><li>Proactive self-starter </li><li>A desire to grow personally and professionally</li><li>Analytical skills</li><li>Easy to do business with</li><li>Demonstrates candor in work relationships</li><li>Displays passion for the work they do and maintains a positive attitude </li><li>Ability to be agile in a fast paced environment</li><li>Exhibits disciplined freedom in order to reach goals</li></ul> <h3>Essential Functions</h3> <ul> <li>Frequent contact with business leaders</li><li>Frequent computer use</li></ul>The Accurate Way:<br/>We offer a fun, fast-paced environment, with lots of room for growth.
