Your goal? To create an environment where everyone has the motivation & tools to succeed in our dynamic, highly technical industry. </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><strong> (Primary): </strong></p><p><strong>Onboarding:</strong> Create, execute & optimize the CSC onboarding strategy, content and delivery approach. </p><ul><li>Build & maintain a talent pipeline for the full CSC</li><li>Leverage multiple modalities such as instructor led training, digital learning & coaching to effectively prepare new hires to succeed & grow in their roles within the first 30, 60, 90+ days of their employment</li><li>Minimize time to proficiency for new hires within learners’ cognitive boundaries</li></ul><p><strong>Development: </strong>Work with global and local stakeholders to identify, minimize & eliminate performance gaps.</p><ul><li>Collaborate with global and onsite stakeholders to identify, minimize & eliminate performance gaps across the CSC</li><li>Promote an organizational culture that facilitates tacit and explicit knowledge sharing and organizational learning</li><li>Onboard learning suppliers, hire & lead a team of trainers to support our initiatives</li><li>Foster self-directed learning & professional development; support learners with prioritization, time-blocking & other resources</li><li>Apply Agile learning & instructional design principles based on sound learning theory to all you do</li><li>Set & reach goals for classroom attendance & digital learning adoption, coordinate logistics & assign trainers</li></ul><p><strong>Engagement: </strong>Work to minimize turnover, build high-performing teams & collaborate to create an environment where everyone has the tools to succeed in our dynamic, highly technical industry. </p><ul><li>Minimize turnover & create an environment where everyone has the tools to succeed in our dynamic, highly technical industry</li><li>Celebrate exceptional performance with recognition programs & awards</li><li>Upskill leadership teams on motivating individuals, elevating & rewarding performance</li><li>Create & publicize a CSC career path with applicable resources</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Additional responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Operate in a hybrid physical-virtual and multi-cultural environment, liaising and building excellent relationships with internal and external customers</li><li>Recommend and implement improvement plans when necessary</li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as needed</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU</strong></p><p>Passionate about creating the right opportunities for diverse employees to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Making things better is just what you do.</p><p> </p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s Degree/Graduation at university level, preferably in Business Administration, Data Analysis or Management</li><li>Solid understanding of FMCG Industry and Retail dynamics, specifically marketing and sales</li><li>3+ years of experience in relevant people & performance management roles focused on building competency & high-performance teams</li><li>Ability to perform & lead tech-savvy teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment </li><li>Demo
