Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of systems and infrastructure with a focus on mechanical and plant engineering 
• You coordinate maintenance and repair work in close interdisciplinary coordination between the various departments
• You will be responsible for the independent planning, implementation and evaluation of systems and investment projects, including assigned budget and HSE responsibility
• You coordinate, commission and monitor external service providers
• You will continuously optimize the production facilities in terms of legal, economic, energy and quality aspects
• You are responsible for monitoring the inspection obligations for the assigned systems and ensuring documentation

Qualifications:

• You have a degree in mechanical engineering, are a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of maintenance and in the planning of maintenance projects
• You have knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and technical rules and regulations (CE conformity, Pressure Equipment Directive, Water Hazardous Substances AwSV)
• You have extensive specialist knowledge of lean, industrial engineering and structured problem solving (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean TPM)
• You are characterized by the ability to work in a team, analytical thinking skills and an independent and responsible way of working
• You have good IT skills (MS Office, CAD (AutoCAD))
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
