The Production Engineer will be in charge of:

upload production cycles/bills in the ERP and set the proper planning parameters

liaise with Production to respect design constraints and cost/quality standards

study and monitor production times and methods with the aim of increasing the overall effectiveness and efficiency

liaise with Sales, Quality and Production for supporting production according to manufacturing/supplier constraints and cost/quality standards

prepare production orders and monitor their progresses. Report eventual delays. Recommend and implement corrective actions in strict coordination with Line Manager

analyze inventory usage and scrap. Recommends actions to minimize loss, reduce inventory and/or increase turnover

propose continuous improvements to internal processes and systems

monitor external suppliers activities and efficiency.
Education and professional experience
-
Technical diploma or bachelor in Mechanical Engineer

1-2 years of experience in production engineering or technical office
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
-
Good knowledge of Autocad
-
Good knowledge of the English language
-
Good knowledge of the Italian language
-
Basic knowledge of drawing software
