We combine on-the-ground expertise with digital solutions that bring accuracy, transparency, and intelligence for quality and compliance data.</span></span></h4> <h3>Requirements</h3> <h2><span><em><br/></em><span><span>In our warm and welcoming company, you will be assigned the following tasks:</span></span></span><br/></h2> <ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process of highly qualified talents, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Draft and review employment contracts, agreements, and other HR legal documents to ensure that they comply with applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Advise and support management and employees on all employment law issues including the harmonization of employment contracts and working conditions.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.</li><li>Administer payroll and time recording for employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.</li><li>Organization, coordination, and performance of employee performance reviews.</li><li>Further optimization of HR monthly reports, and analysis data to inform decision-making.</li><li>Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure data privacy and security in accordance with regulations.</li><li>Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and drive improvements.</li><li>Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.</li><li>Organize company events and team-building activities.</li></ul> <h2> Qualifications</h2> <ul><li>Experience in an HR role in Germany (at least 1 year).</li></ul> <ul><li>Basic knowledge of German labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Preference will be given to candidates with HR control, payroll accounting, German social security, tax labor law, and/or international recruiting</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite</li><li>Fluent in German (at least B2 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level)</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and willingness to take up responsibilities</li></ul> <p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Temporary contract with the possibility of extension and eventually unlimited contract</li><li>Secure a job in a future-orientated growing industry</li><li>Individual, long-term, personal, and professional career development</li><li>Excellent learning and development opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge (Training courses can be provided if necessary)</li><li>Incorporation in a young and dynamic corporate environment, incl. joining the HR team of QIMA, with possibility of exchange with other HR Specialists/Managers in Germany and other countries</li><li>A good work-life balance thanks to flexible working hours</li><li>Attractive social benefits (company pension scheme, bonus package).</li><li>A company culture that values respect, diversity, and social responsibility.</li><li>The open working atmosphere with flat hierarchies.</li><li>Advanced technology in a modern workplace Flexible working hours.</li><li>Team building activities, company outings, and parties to build camaraderie.</li></ul> <p><br/></p>
