Join our team as Future-Makers, Solution Innovators & Design Thinkers and help us to offer services that empower people to create technology that is invented for life.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The HR Trainee will report to the HR Team Leader for the Dutch team at our Lisbon location.</p><p>This person will be responsible for all administrative processes related to HR that will include:</p><ul><li>HR processes administration & HR master data handling;</li><li>Administrative support for our Bosch internal HR colleagues in Netherlands;</li><li>Create, update and maintain the organizational structure of Bosch in 40 different countries;</li><li>Work with the HR Team Leader to support the internal onboarding & training process;</li><li>Maintenance and control of personnel files (digital);</li><li>Articulate and communicate with internal colleagues for the accurate reporting of information and data.</li></ul><p>To ensure all those tasks, we offer an onboarding and training during the first month.</p><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What distinguishes you:</strong></p><ul><li>High School graduation or University degree;</li><li>Fluent in English (C1);</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy;</li><li>Strong communication skills;</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external colleagues, customers and stakeholder’s organizations;</li><li>Ability to understand the office systems and application of continuous improvement principles;</li><li>Good organizational skills;</li><li>Discretion and confidentiality are essential;</li><li>Good IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint;</li><li>This opportunity is a one-year full time paid internship.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer you: </strong></p><p>Challenges in an international environment | career opportunities in one of the best companies in the world | flexible hours | medical services | discounts for employees | sports and health related activities | canteen | good access to public transports | space for creativity.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Success stories don´t just happen.
