Define the standards and become a pioneer together with around 9000 associates worldwide.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany in order to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our team is looking for a Consultant for the S/4 HANA project to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support of the HR-IT department team in the project S4HR in an agile environment.</li><li>Development of new concepts in the SAP S/4 HANA environment for the use of relevant HR processes and master data and their integration in a future HR-IT landscape and its transition phases</li><li>Participation in various project teams and processing of relevant HR-IT topics and work packages</li><li>Support of the project management in the cooperation with all relevant stakeholders and related projects</li><li>Participation in the preparation and implementation of rollout projects within S4HR project and related projects</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience in HR-IT system landscape (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) and processes as well as their operational handling</li><li>Experience in rollout projects (SAP HCM Payroll, SAP FI/CO systems) and the introduction of processes and/or master data models</li><li>Experience in the use of agile working methods</li><li>Experience and knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA environment would be an advantage</li><li>Openness, high flexibility, proactive, independent and structured way of working</li><li>Experience of working in virtual teams and in international and intercultural context</li><li>Very good knowledge in the use of MS-Office tools as well as tools from the agile environment</li><li>Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>More details:</strong></p><p>The central project S4HR has the task of leading all Bosch divisions from the SAP R/3 system and IT landscape into a new S/4 HANA world - conceptually and in planned pilot rollouts. As an integrative part of the Bosch IT architecture, you will support all relevant HR-IT topics in this comprehensive IT transformation process as a team member. The collaboration in the project is organized in an agile manner and takes place in tandem between CI and specialist department employees. Involving our existing HR-IT architecture (master data, processes, interfaces), you will participate in the project work in various S4HR Process Owner Teams (organized in E2E process and master data teams).
