Working closely with the Head of the Drug Delivery segment and the management team, the role will act as a coach and HR subject matter expert, responsible for providing strategic HR partnership in all key HR areas with a focus on the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire including talent and workforce planning and supporting the growth ambitions of the business.</p><p><strong>Main accountabilities </strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement an impactful plan for the segment aligned to Global HR and business strategies. Critical areas to be addressed include talent and performance management, hiring and retention planning. Leveraging global processes accordingly</li><li>Establish and execute staffing plans, including building talent pipelines and proactive engagement with candidates</li><li>Support and deliver annual HR processes and programs related to Performance &amp; Reward, Learning and Development, Culture &amp; Engagement etc. Leveraging global initiatives accordingly</li><li>Oversee and support HR agenda across sites in Stuttgart and Buchen (DE), Dnesice (CZ), Bengaluru (IN) - providing direction and guidance as to company policy</li><li>Partner with managers, provide advice and solutions related to all HR matters (recruitment, retention, performance, conflict management)</li><li>Drive employment value proposition and branding to continuously attract and hire great people</li><li>Monitor and continually seek to improve HR effectiveness, including by tracking and reporting key measures</li><li>Deliver results working with a site-based team of approximately 4 FTE</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>At least 10 years of relevant experience in a Germany based HR Generalist/ HRBP role, ideally in a manufacturing industry environment. Experience in medical devices will be preferred.</li><li>Experience in having led a transformation (or at least project / change management experience) within a modern HR organization, in an international environment</li><li>Thorough knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety and labor relations</li><li>Understands different cultures and can effectively act in a multi-cultural environment</li><li>Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and a structured and proactive working attitude, strong work ethic</li><li>Ability to form strong professional relationships and build trust on all levels</li><li>Can-do attitude, proactive mindset, ability to cope with ambiguity</li><li>Strong communication skills in English and German– written and verbal</li><li>Fluent in English and German</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>The position is based in Stuttgart, Germany. The candidate must be able to be at least 3 days per week on-site.</p>
