Debiopharm is seeking a Global Value &amp; Access Lead to define and drive the long-term Global Value &amp; Access strategy across our entire pipeline portfolio. </p><p>If you’re ready to make a real impact — this is your moment.</p><p>The role is based at our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.</p><p><strong>Global Value &amp; Access Lead</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Lausanne, Switzerland</p><p><strong>Department:</strong> Business and Program Leadership &amp; Management; Global Value &amp; Access </p><p><strong>Contract:</strong> permanent role, full-time.</p><p><u><strong>Your Mission.</strong></u> </p><p>In this dual-impact role, you will blend high-level strategic oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on team leadership. You will lead the value proposition for our assets from early development through to commercialization, while mentoring a team member to foster a high-performing culture.</p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p><strong>Strategic Market Access &amp; HEOR</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Value &amp; Evidence Generation:</strong> Develop Global Value Dossiers and lead patient-centered outcomes research strategies, including COA selection, burden of illness studies, and utility data generation. </li><li><strong>Health Economics &amp; Modeling:</strong> Drive innovative HE projects, including early cost-effectiveness studies, budget impact analyses, cost minimization models, and indirect treatment comparisons. </li><li><strong>Payer Engagement &amp; TPP Optimization:</strong> Conduct early payer engagement initiatives and optimize Target Product Profiles (TPPs) to establish clear competitive advantages and secure future reimbursement. </li><li><strong>Pricing &amp; Analytics:</strong> Utilize strong financial acumen and analytics to model pricing scenarios and evaluate their impact on volume and revenue. Partner with Market Intelligence and Marketing to build early-stage business assessments and revenue forecasts. </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Relationship Management</strong></p><ul><li>Integrate HEOR, pricing, and market access perspectives into wider project strategies, contributing to Integrated Development Plans and advisory boards. </li><li>Deliver strategic deliverables in partnership with commercial partners and build advocacy alongside Medical and Marketing teams. </li><li>Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with external experts, influencers, and vendors to uphold Debiopharm’s credibility. </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Leadership, Governance &amp; Departmental Excellence</strong></p><ul><li><strong>People Management:</strong> Recruit, train, and mentor one direct report, conducting performance reviews, setting annual objectives, and coaching on strategic thinking. </li><li><strong>Portfolio &amp; Budget Oversight:</strong> Manage resource allocation across the pipeline, develop and manage the annual budget, and establish KPIs to monitor progress against strategic goals. </li><li><strong>Quality &amp; Innovation:</strong> Oversee quality control for all external-facing materials (publications, posters) and embrace new research methodologies to champion the internal reputation of the Pricing &amp; HEOR team. </li></ul>
