You might start your day reviewing performance data to identify gaps in selection or pricing competitiveness, then collaborate with our Seller Services team to design incentive programs that drive participation. Later, you could be working with our Technology team to prototype a new self-service tool that reduces friction for sellers, or presenting findings from a recent experiment to leadership. You will move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution, balancing the ambiguity of a fast-moving marketplace with data-driven decision-making.
