As an Intermediate Product Designer, you’ll work within a clearly defined product area, supported by our Head of Product Design, Senior/Staff Designers in Sydney, and your PM + Engineering Manager trio. You’ll grow your craft across UX, research, visual design, and AI‑assisted design engineering all while helping shape the future of Tracksuit’s design system and product experience.

About the role We’re reimagining how MYOB’s services work when intelligence, automation, and human judgement come together. As a Senior Product Designer, AI Experiences, you’ll build AI-enabled workflows that help customers complete critical work with less effort. These workflows cover accounting, banking, and business operational tasks. You’ll work end-to-end across discovery, experimentation, prototyping, and delivery, often in ambiguous problem spaces. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists, you’ll translate complex AI capabilities into experiences that feel intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely useful. This is a senior, hands-on role for a designer who brings strong design judgement to complex systems - balancing automation with transparency and control. You’ll help define how AI shows up in MYOB products, contribute to shared AI design patterns, and raise the bar for quality and responsibility in AI-led experiences across the design team. The skills you'll need Demonstrated experience designing and shipping AI-powered, automated, or data-driven products. Strong interaction design and systems thinking skills, particularly for complex or non-linear workflows. Experience working end-to-end:from discovery and experimentation through to delivery and iteration. Confidence collaborating with product, engineering, and data science to navigate trade-offs and constraints. Understanding of responsible AI principles, including transparency, user trust, and appropriate automation. Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to influence decisions through clear design thinking. Proficiency with Figma and design systems; experience working in Agile product teams. Curiosity for AI, automation, and emerging technologies, and how they reshape product experience. Tertiary qualification in UX design, HCI, cognitive science, psychology, or equivalent professional experience.
