As this role is responsible for setting and executing the priorities of a centralized team, stakeholder management, working backward and partnering to work across teams (earns trust) is vital. The team’s mandate includes disambiguating structural relationships, so a strong grounding in applied theory is key to success in this position. The role will also own both production recommendation systems and feature generation for external systems, so experience with production-level development is important.
