On-site22 days agoApply →About Right Formula At Right Formula, we enable brands to push the limits of sports marketing through a unique blend of expertise, ingenuity and agility that we call the Right Formula. Our complete 360-degree service offering takes brands from partnership identification through to the delivery of fully integrated marketing strategies. With offices in the UK and the US, we support clients worldwide, helping them to accelerate growth through the power of sport. We recently launched our technology division and are building a SaaS platform that will redefine how brands and rights holders work in sports marketing. This is an exciting time to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team at the ground floor of something genuinely new. The opportunity We are looking for a Product Designer who is ready to make their mark. This is not a role for someone who wants to colour within the lines. You will be a founding voice in our product design culture; someone who challenges assumptions, shapes ways of working, and takes genuine ownership of the user experience across our digital platforms, client and guest experiences. Working directly within our product team, you will collaborate closely with Client Services and Client Success Management teams to design thoughtful, value-driven solutions that serve both our clients and the business. With a live product already in market and more in the pipeline, there is real work to do from day one. What you'll be doing Lead end-to-end UX design: From discovery and concept through to polished, production-ready interfaces
Senior Product Designer
Moneyboxapp · London, London
On-site22 days agoApply →About Moneybox At Moneybox, our mission is to give everyone the means to get more out of life. We're guided by our belief that wealth isn't about the money, it's about the means to more - more freedom, opportunities, possibilities, and peace of mind. Moneybox is an award-winning wealth management platform, helping over one and a half million people build wealth throughout their lives, whether they’re saving and investing, buying their first home, or planning for retirement. The role The PX (Product Excellence) team owns the product experiences across Savings, Investing and Pensions. They need to be simple, trustworthy and intuitive, even when the underlying financial products are complex. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design for new product experiences and high-impact improvements in this area – in a high-ownership, evolving product environment. You’ll tackle meaningful, ambiguous problems at pace and shape solutions that increase clarity, confidence and long-term engagement. You’ll own impact, not just execution. You’ll work on journeys that help customers get started, transfer existing products they might already have into Moneybox, understand their progress, manage contributions, and stay engaged with their financial wealth over time.

Job Brief The Customer Strategy area owns the end-to-end creation of in-product messaging, content and experiences that drive action and help customers unlock the full value of Moneybox — work that has to be creative, engaging and impactful while feeling like a seamless part of the wider product. We're looking for a Product Designer to raise the quality bar for interaction, visual design, motion and product thinking across these high-impact surfaces. This is a high-autonomy role with real ownership — you'll shape the underlying system and guidelines, not just the execution layer — tackling commercially aligned problems that increase clarity, conversion and long-term engagement. You'll be part of the UI, Systems and Content team, reporting to the Design Lead.
