Job Description Summary

• The Strategic Business Partner for US&I Data & Analytics, DSAI Product line drives and ensures that IT global and local (where applicable) demand is captured from business and collaborates with other DD&IT functions to ensure quality services are delivered to stakeholders as per agreed service descriptions.
• This role contributes to creating, evolving, and driving the organization's strategy, aligning objectives with technology strategy development, solution discovery, service, risk and relationship management.


 

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

·       Strategic business partner to proactively shape the portfolio and technology roadmap (3-5y horizon)

·       Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of the data and analytics strategy for the US&I Data & Analytics, DSAI Product Line, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving innovation in data-driven decision-making.

·       Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, and IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure continuous professional development and alignment with the latest industry trends and technologies.

·       Project Oversight: Manage and prioritize multiple data and analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with strategic goals. Implement robust project management methodologies to track progress and mitigate risks.

·       Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Build strong relationships to ensure data initiatives are aligned with business requirements and drive value.

·       Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security. Lead efforts to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

·       Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data and analytics initiatives. Use these metrics to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate the value of data-driven strategies to senior leadership.

·       Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate new data technologies and tools to enhance the organization's data capabilities. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

·       Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, analytics, and IT. Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging the exploration of new methodologies, tools, and technologies that can drive business growth.

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

  • Minimum 15+ years experience in IT and at least 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, AI/GenAI, etc.

  • Managing global and diverse teams

  • Relationship Management.

  • Leveraging digital technology / big data.

  • Collaborating across boundaries.

  • Track record delivering global solutions at scale.

  • Multi-national global experience.

  • Interactions with senior management and critical stakeholders at multiple levels of the business.

  • Management of significant operational and project budgets (~$50M)
