The Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports recruiting operations across Integra’s growing construction and data center business. This role manages interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer letters, background checks, onboarding coordination, and applicant tracking system data throughout the hiring process.
You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver an efficient, accurate, and high-quality hiring experience. Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
- Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.
- Manage candidate communication, scheduling, interview logistics, and hiring process updates.
- Prepare offer letters and supporting documentation using approved compensation and employment details.
- Support background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate first-day communications, candidate travel, and other hiring logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR systems.
- Review documents and information for accuracy and completeness.
- Partner with recruiters to support hiring across construction, engineering, field operations, corporate, and data center roles.
- Provide responsive, high-quality support to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with recruiting operations, reporting, process improvements, and administrative projects as needed.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience managing high-volume scheduling, coordination, or administrative work.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately while managing changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented approach when supporting candidates and hiring teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR processes.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or HR information system.
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, data center, or project-based hiring.
- Bachelor’s degree.
