Join us and be a part of a team that values your professional growth and personal well-being!Starting Pay: $83k DOEWho We Need  The Program Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of program management, staff supervision, and quality assurance to ensure the well-being and rehabilitation of youth residents in a 24/7 treatment environment.  This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with various stakeholders.   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field required and a minimum of (5) years or more experience in behavioral health
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/program management experience required. Experience working in a youth residential treatment program highly preferred
  • Must be currently independently licensed as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) highly preferred
  • Ability to pass a full background clearance to include state background check clearance
  • TB Test clearance is required at the time of hire and annually
  • Pre-Employment Physical clearance required
  • Must have valid state Driver’s License, state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet and maintain the company’s acceptable driving requirements
JOB SUMMARY (Including, but not limited to):  
  • Develop, implement, and manage the overall program operations, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care and treatment for youth residents.
  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment that supports the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of members.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitors member engagement goals for all staff, proactively addresses underperformance and oversees the coaching and progressive management process to ensure engagement goals are met.
  • Consistently communicates the Copa Health vision and mission to staff and behavioral health recipients.  Facilitates the integration of a trauma-informed approach and the Principles of Recovery philosophy and into everyday clinical practice and clinic operations.  Success will be measured thro
