The work:
The Program Management Analyst must be energetic, communicative, intelligent, passionate, and motivated. The Program Analyst will act on behalf of Project Manager(s) in coordinating and managing program and project operations. Such duties include data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties. Program and project management practices generally adhere to Project Management Institute and Scaled Agile framework, so familiarity with both is a plus. Good communication and collaboration skills are essential to this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Be an advocate for military stakeholders and the ultimate beneficiaries of our solution - our Active Duty servicemembers.
- Deliver project administration support involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties.
- Provide support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its life cycle.
- Brief management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance.
- Coordinate projects; develops system for data collection, reporting criteria and records; research and compiles statistics and data for projects; may assist in writing narratives for reports.
- Monitor project timeline; track document submissions; create, monitor, and maintain audit files.
- Identify, communicate, track, and resolve risks.
- Identify, track, and resolve issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project.
- Design and implement procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria; may prepare memorandums; work with agencies to resolve concerns and issues.
- Keep and prepare meeting minutes and monthly reports with associated footnotes.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience creating business process flows, wireframes, and/or mockups.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Teams, MS Project, and/or SharePoint.
- Strong creative, analytical, and problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
- Strong ability to foster collaborative work in dynamic team environment.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with the Project Management Institute and its associated body of knowledge.
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile and its associated body of knowledge.
- Project Management certification and/or experience.
- Agile certification and/or experience.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
