Your team

You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Mutual Funds Operations team, supporting all operational aspects related mutual fund products. Our team operates across multiple locations and plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of mutual fund transactions and processes.

Your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• ideally 3+ years of experience in operations environment; reconciliation and/or ACAT processing knowledge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mutual fund products, CUSIP-level data, and account structures.
• Experience working with offshore teams and managing cross-functional communication.
• Proficiency in reconciliation tools and systems; experience with ACAT platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $55000 to $75000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
