Your team
You will be a member of the only truly global wealth management organization. This role resides in the Investment Manager Analysis Group of the Chief Investment Office and Investment Solutions department (CIO & IS) for UBS Global Wealth Management U.S. Our mission is to provide UBS Financial Advisors independent and objective advice, guidance, and research in selecting separately managed accounts, mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, and UITs. We equip advisors with high conviction ideas and intellectual capital to support client conversations and investment decisions.
Your responsibilities will include performing due diligence, product management, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders including asset managers and UBS financial advisors. You will work closely with your team, other teams within UBS, product issuers, and service providers within financial markets to become a subject matter expert on ‘40 Act Funds and autonomously on industry leading initiatives.
Your expertise
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience working with ETFs, mutual funds, alternative investments, or SMAs
• Understanding of ETFs, mutual funds, portfolio construction, investment strategies, and financial markets across asset classes
Soft Skills
• Very strong attention to detail which is reflected in work produced and communications with internal/external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Desire to learn all aspects of the team’s diverse functions through cross training
• Desire to grow in role by learning and teaching with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert
• Skilled at initiating, nurturing, and developing strong interpersonal relationship
• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with Excel (e.g., PowerQuery) and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong critical and analytical thinker who can build an investment recommendation based on facts
• Knowledge of investment-related statistics
• Excellent communicator with great presentation skills
• Experience with Morningstar, Bloomberg, FactSet, Aladdin, and other data vendor services preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a quantitative discipline preferred
• Progress towards or completion of MBA, MS, JD, CFA, FRM, CAIA
• Series 7 and 66 licensed or ability to acquire within 60 days post start date
• Previous due diligence experience preferred but not required

Salary information
US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $100000 to $130000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
