What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Technical Skills:
  1. Proficiency in .NET framework for developing web and software solutions.
  2. Solid understanding and experience with SQL for database interactions.
  3. Familiarity with Git for source code management.
  4. Basic knowledge of database design and management.
• Soft Skills:
  1. Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
  2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  3. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
  4. Proactive work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

This Will Be Considered a Plus:

1. Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, etc.).
2. Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
3. Previous internship or project experience in software development.
4. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
5. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
