As part of Verve, we've unified the company's demand-side offering, bringing together the largest on-site search intent dataset outside of walled gardens, direct SDK integrations with top apps, alongside data partnerships with 3M+ websites and LLMs. Our technology captures both what consumers do and why they do it, delivering high-fidelity audiences, insights, and activation across premium omnichannel inventory.

    • Coordinate with cleaning crews to ensure weekly schedules are kept and make adjustments when necessary
    • Manage communication with the landlord, building management, contractors, and service providers
    • Ensure health and safety policies are current and consistently followed
  • Front Desk, Access & Mail
    • Attend the front desk, greet guests, and assist colleagues with day-to-day needs
    • Manage visitor access and room bookings for meetings and interviews
    • Handle building badge requests, including deactivation when employees leave
    • Process and sort incoming mail, courier deliveries, and package distribution
    • Post outgoing mail, including international parcels and courier shipments
  • Events, People & Administration
    • Plan, organize, and execute in-office and external events end-to-end (team lunches, holiday parties, and seasonal celebrations) in coordination with the marketing team and event manager
    • Support IT and HR teams with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Assist colleagues with travel management and coordination
    • Process invoices and manage office budgets
    • Implement and maintain office procedures and administrative systems

Here are a few indicators that you're the right person

  • You’re caring, fun, detail oriented, meticulous, and organized
  • You’re quick, curious, strategic and like to take initiative
  • You’re passionate about creating a safe and inclusive environment and you enjoy planning events and celebrations
  • You’re customer service oriented and you love helping others
  • You’re an excellent writer and communicator
